The movie is set in Manchuria in the 1930s about 3 fellows (literally one is good, one is bad and the last one is plain weird) who is after a treasure map.
I have never seen an Eastern cowboy flick before, and I must say I was very impressed with the way it was filmed. It was all very Quentin Tarantino-like with lots of interesting avant-garde shots.

Phillip: This type hor, at 8am you go outside any fengtao* joint, sure can find.
(*'fengtao' means ‘shake head’ in Cantonese which supposedly, is a result of ecstasy substance abuse.)
Sue: WHERE GOT!??
Phillip: His hair looked like just had a whole night of feng-ing
Sue: NONSENSE!
Phillip: Very sweaty and oily also
Sue: GRRRRRRRR, You are just jealous!
Phillip: Jealous of what?? The free cooking oil he excretes?!
Hmph. I am sure I’m not the only ah lian in town who finds Lee Byung-Hun cute. Catch this movie if you can!
