Hey lioness! I was in Mauritius but only saw it through the glass window of the transit lounge!
Flew on Air Mauritius to Reunion Island. Similarly the local there looks rojak (incongruent mix of white, african, indians, chinese etc.) and ONLY speaks french :)

mauritius is fabulous! it's a strange place where eveyrone speaks french but looks asian with the hospitality of the thais.
